Malta Council for Culture and the Arts (MCCA) Engaged by the founding Chairman and Board of Directors to facilitate the creation of the organization’s vision and direction and translate these ideals into tangible organization change plan, constructs and structures through to implementation.

The Malta Council for Culture and The Arts (MCCA) – www.maltaculture.com was set up, in 2002 to encourage and promote culture and to encourage the exploration, development and expression of personal artistic potential as well as to promote participation, inclusiveness, equality and the freedom of artistic expression, pluralism and cultural identity.

Engaged by the founding Chairman and Board of Directors to facilitate the creation of the organization’s vision and direction and translate these ideals into tangible organization change plan, constructs and structures through implementation.

Leveraged extensive best practice research for art and culture organizations and established a tight, modular framework for the new organization. Included the creation of arts and culture sub-committees specializing by art form and fully sourced the island’s expert community in establishing a best of all worlds strategy and plan. Subsequent to the plan, created the full organization structure and supporting materials for its creation and implementation.
