We have been collaborating with M2 Business Frameworks for several years, even working on a number of client projects jointly. I have known Pier and Matina for many years, and we either crossed paths in an airport (on one of our too many flights) or through the advisory work they had done at EC. We had engaged them to help us out with productivity and business process reengineering. They used a very structured and methodical approach to help us tease out the key issues and find the right solutions. Most of all, they adopted a highly collaborative approach, by involving all team members and not exclusively with the leadership team. We have had the pleasure of working with m2business frameworks a few years ago when we decided to develop our medical travel business. This required the development of a thorough understanding of the market and business climate in this sector globally, formalizing the business model and supporting the hospital to put in place the underlying transformation to operate the new business. We were particularly impressed with the ongoing support provided by the m2business frameworks team in overseeing the project from concept to implementation providing management and staff with the tools and information necessary to familiarise and position themselves such that this project was developed into a successful business venture for the Hospital.
During my years as CEO of Bank of Valletta, amongst other engagements, M2 led a very wide ranging Process Management Re Engineering Programme where all the bank’s customers’ services and inter-departmental processes were analysed and improved upon. During the drawing up, execution and implementation of their job they always managed to cascade their enthusiasm and commitment on all those directly involved, and further down the organisation.
